Blues Hog smokey mountain BBQ sauce is an intensely flavourful blend of Blues Hog original BBQ sauce with natural hickory smoke. The sweet BBQ sauce has huge smoky depth - ideal for beef brisket and pork shoulders. The thick sauce clings to meat for a succulent, sticky glaze.

The Blues Hog BBQ team are from Tennessee, and got their start by holding family and community barbecues. Under the guidance of ‘pitmaster’, Bill Arnold, Blues Hog started entering BBQ competitions. Their unique rubs and sauces soon catapulted them to victory, and won lots of awards on the way. So many, in fact, that Blues Hog sauces are often referred to as the ‘Choice of Champions’!

Baste your meat part way through cooking to keep moisture locked in and add sweet, smoky depth. For a more intense flavour, use the sauce on its own as a dip. Or even use as a marinade for chicken, beef or pork before cooking. 

Ingredients: ketchup (tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, spices, onion powder, natural flavour), brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, water, spices, Worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel colour, garlic powder, sugar, spices, anchovies (fish), tamarind, natural flavours (soy), tamarind extract, sulphiting agent), spices including paprika, dehydrated garlic & onion, natural hickory smoke flavour (water, natural hickory smoke concentrate).
