We're pleased to introduce our new range of UK reared wagyu. Years in the making - the wagyu cattle are sired by one the the best Australian Wagyu Bulls (top 1% for marbling). Raised on the green pastures of our fine land (in the utmost comfort and care of course), they are grass fed for 2 years before being fed a mixed grain diet resulting in a delicious and juicy bite each and every-time.
