Our Halal Brazilian Brisket is a tender and flavourful cut that comes from carefully selected European cattle that has been raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an Angus verified farming program, mirrored on USDA Prime, our beef offer the best balance between grass and grain fed having been finished on grain feed for 200 days. The result is a high level of marbling. With its well-marbled texture, it promises a juicy and savoury experience when slow cooked to perfection.
