Making Your Order
Once your wholesale account is approved, you can make your order via
email@example.com or via WhatsApp message on 07927 348860
If you would like to establish a regular standing order with us, please do get in
contact with us via email or WhatsApp to discuss your requirements. This will help us build our stock levels
If you need your delivery by a certain day or for a specific event,
please do let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
Order Lead Times
Please be aware that we require a minimum 2 business days to prepare and deliver
your order. Longer dry aged (i.e greater than 28 day) items require a longer lead time of potentially a week or
We only ship from Mondays to Thursdays, meaning that deliveries will only be made from
Tuesdays to Friday. We
are currently only able to deliver to customers in the UK Mainland.
If you are outside of the London area, your package will be delivered via next day
courier. Once your order is
you will be notified by email and can track your parcel via a tracking link. Your package is for next day delivery
as standard (delivery anytime between 7am-7pm). Should you require before Midday, or 10am, this can be arranged for
additional fee. Saturday delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee.
We charge a flat £15 delivery fee using a next day courier.
We are unable to accept responsibility for missed deliveries or any issues caused by the
customer not being present
accept their parcel. We also do not accept responsibility for any issues caused by any address/postcode errors made
the customer. It is the customers responsibility to provide information for a safe place for the delivery to be made
the unlikely event they are not present to accept the delivery in person (delivery anytime between 7am-7pm).
Please monitor the tracking of your parcel and contact either us or the courier
regarding any delivery issues on the
your delivery is due.
Our delivery packaging guarantees items will remain at below 8°C for upto 48 hours.
Customers are advised to remove
products from their insulated delivery box and liners, and to refrigerate products upon receipt.
Issues with your order
If you have any issues with your order, please notify us immediately upon opening of the
delivery. Please email
firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp message 07927 348860 and provide photos and a temperature reading so that we can
address the issue as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. Given the perishable nature of the items, we will not
entertain issues raised after a 6 hour period from the timestamp of delivery.
