Smoked Brisket


This brisket has been cooked low and slow over oak and birch wood for 14 hours by the team at Smoke&Bones. It's coated in their secret rub which has umami and a light crunch before you get into a super tender juicy interior. The product weighs approx 2kg (precooked weight between 3-4kg), is vacuum packed and chilled down for you to pop into the oven and reheat at home.

Ingredients: British beef brisket, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, ground coffee, Kashmiri red chilli, Ancho chilli, beef tallow.
